Transformation consultancy · TOGAF · Agentic AI

Every transformation deserves a method.

Digital and AI programmes fail for the same reason they always have: motion without method. We run the TOGAF Architecture Development Method, extended with the capabilities, governance and agentic patterns that modern AI demands.

01 · The method

Three ideas that turn transformation into a discipline

inmethods exists because good intentions are not a delivery model. We combine a proven enterprise architecture method with an honest view of what AI can and cannot do yet — and we govern both the same way.

Four domains, one line of sight

02 · The lifecycle

The ADM is a cycle, not a checklist

Nine phases turn around a hub that never stops: Requirements Management. Select a phase to read its focus, its activities, the gate that closes it and the AI patterns that reshape it. Use the arrow keys, or drag the orbit to spin it.

Drag, or use ← → to move between phases

03 · The journey

Follow the work, phase by phase

Each phase answers one question, produces concrete artefacts and closes on a quality gate. Scroll sideways — the story advances with you.

The AI capability layer

Intelligence, designed into the architecture

AI does not sit beside the architecture — it runs through it. These six layers turn scattered experiments into a governed capability, and the dots are where that capability actually touches the business.

05 · In parallel

Twelve capabilities run through every phase

Phases are the calendar; capabilities are the assets the organisation keeps. Each one spans multiple phases, and the same people carry context forward across them.

The web is the map: the ADM hub at the centre, the three capability groups as concentric orbits, and every capability as a node the phases draw on. A mature capability lowers the cost of the next transformation; an immature one raises it.

Governance

Governance is the method's spine

A transformation without governance is a series of unrelated purchases. We stand up four forums with real decision rights, encode the rules as automated controls, and publish the rhythm so everyone knows when a decision will be made.

07 · Proof

Four transformations, told honestly

Client names are withheld; the situations, the numbers and the things that went wrong are not. Each story names the ADM phases and the capabilities that did the work.

Insights

What we have learned, written down

We publish the method, not just the marketing. Articles, whitepapers and field notes drawn from live engagements — including the parts that did not go to plan.

Horizon

A radar, not a prophecy

We keep a standing view of what is ready, what is promising and what is noise. Each entry carries the question that matters: what would this change about the architecture, and when?

Three ways to work with us

We are deliberately narrow. We do architecture, we do the delivery governance that makes architecture real, and we leave capability behind. Everything else, we will recommend someone better for.
